The Cleveland County Arts Council will present the 17th annual Art of Sound weekend concert series, Sept 27-28, 2019, in Uptown Shelby. A variety of musicians and groups will perform in several different venues with music and fun for everyone. Bands and venues TBA.
Art of Sound is FREE and will be held in Conjunction with the Arts on the Square Arts Festival again this year.
